Return Policy


  • 7 Days Replacement

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item for non quality reasons between 3~7days after receiving the product, we can exchange for another item with the same value for you, if the value of the exchange product exceeds the amount you've paid before, then you should cover the balance. In this case, buyer should pay the extra shipping costs.
    If there is a quality problem between 3 and 7days after receiving the product, customers can send the item back to us for replacement or repairing for free, in this case we will cover the additional shipping cost.
    Please make sure that the returned products are in their original condition, otherwise we may not accept for replacement.

    One Year Warranty

    We offer after-sales service for all our products, when there's a problem with products sold on laserpowerful.com within 1 year; we can repair it for you. If you return the package within 3 months after the receipt of the item, we will repair it for free, while if exceeds 3 moths, then there's a repairing fee generated.
    Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact our customer service by sending an email to service@laserpowerful.com one of our customer representative get back to you within 24 hours.

    Exchanges/Replacement

    If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service people to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, visit our Online Return Center to return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like to purchase.

    Damaged Items

    If you receive an item that was damaged, visit our customer service center and tell us if you want a refund or replacement. If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let us know by submitting feedback about the packaging Laser Pointer Pen.

    Defective Items

    If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual (which arrived with the item) and the detail page for the product. You can usually find troubleshooting and "getting started" information there.
